NOT reelly....same guy is trading over 200k shares (buing and selling) putting at different bids (0.008-0.009)trying to lower the PPS. Is this legal - I do not think so- but it is this same dude that brought RLTR from .16 to 0.008.

Do not sell your shares now...wait or BUY is my recomendation.
