stupid question at this juncture, maybe - is all lost now except for the possible hope that a.c. reaps his just rewards, whatever that might be (a couple of months in a centrally located pillory would be appropriate for the financial and emotional trauma to date if this is it - i would even buy a plane ticket to be there)?
still, though, almost 1 million shares traded today by this writing, and such pops relatively regularly. if totally a now-exposed sham, unloading shares to book the loss for income tax purposes might make sense, but who on earth would be buying and for what reason? surely, there are other better fraction of a cent risks out there. i do not have higher level tracking abilities, so cannot determine who is buying or facilitating sales.
no reason for me to sell at current levels, as my investment is via a sep plan so no tax-loss advantages in selling, and not enough in proceeds to even justify spending a commission.
it all seemed so legit (sounding) way back when (the pr's were thorough and well-worded, and the personnel and scientific background well-formatted). quite a plan? guess the silver lining is that i did not put in more than i did on a further whim. regardless of the dd one can conduct on this level of investment, it is still an educated crapshoot, at best (the pass line may be the best bet, but certainly no guarantee).
have contacted the canadians as suggested by you quite a while ago; will be happy to join in providing any related info re: reliance on misreps as my be requested by any enforcement entity if it ever gets that far, and will continue to check in on occasion. my investment was limited, but the principle is the same.
