Val,

I think Rice is intent on bringing back credibility to the company. I'd rather see investment in the company which SHOULD bring increased shareholder value over the long term. I can understand the frustration that some who have been long term holders feel.

What surprises me is that Noone has made an offer for this small company. There are no 13g's filed yet. No pending litigation...........It just seems strange to me. What am I missing?

Its an interesting idea........I'll mull it over...cmg
