For this to move to a different exchange it has to go up significantly in pps (I think the minimum pps for nasdaq consideration is $3 a share). Not only that, some stocks make it to the next exchange and then the majority of the time absolutely nothing happens to them. There are other requirements that need to be met to move exchanges, but don't worry about doing your dd on it because it's not going to happen.
