that is why those sec filings
are ever so helpful ..

since they've come public
aero has had an increase in their
o/s 3 times

the first was approx 6M
for the escrow for ggi

the second and third times
were for those 3a-10's ..
you remember those .. how some
here were *anticipating* another
3a-10 would be filed and shown in
the mid may 10qsb ... suspect they
shorted against that *anticipation*

could that explain the interesting
jump in the legal short position
from mid april of 176k shares to over
17M in mid july .. hmmm

and that is just the legal short position

now the total shares aerp added to their o/s
from oct of 07 to end of march 07 <may 10qsb>

was .. under 400M and don't forget those
*specials* aka the 3a-10's were done in
oct and jan ..

and funny thing with javelin being terminated
last april and pr'd in may .. odds are you won't
be seeing anymore 3a-10's ..
