I think you have my doubts worded right. The technology is nice, very nice, but not yet scaled up to full industrial scale. I personally had little succes in scaling up new technology in a very remote location. That's not to say that this one will not fly. But scaling up new technology and an aggressive timeschedule while watching costs in an area far away from the developing center is though. It will need a major engineering company to pull this one out of the hat for Franklin. I hope Petty knows what they are doing or it could be a moneypit without end before they have it started up and working right. After that all the oil majors will have an interest, as they are picking up a working asset with a proven developed concept worth copying. They have enough money to make this bet, but don't normally gamble big, but just wait for the rabbit to come out of one of the holes, before they place their money and take over

Depending on size 500 mio might be too low. One of the reasons i'm not against developing this project a little further and then sell interest to invest aggresively in mining.

JV
