Suppose we do still own 15.4% of the company that owns TFN. And suppose by some fluke Sandy hasn't been able to siphon off all of the money that we, as stockholders, might stand to recoup on our investment.
Well, by forming another company, (AHEM! - doing research on forming another company), there would be a logical reason to throw (per Sandy - probably "invest") our money into the wind.
And if the survey that he commissions at our expense turns up positive (doubtful - that would depend upon how much profit we stand to make on our investment in TFN Global), then it will take some (a lot) of money to follow through on the new venture. Our money is long gone.
We have lost folks. We will never make a dime on this POS,IMO.
