UVCL: Looks like UVCL is going to have an amazing run this week. Why? UVCL's history: Last year it went from under 0.01 to 0.17 (1700%) gain. Tons of profit makers during the ride up, including myself. (bought at 9,10 sold at 15, 15.5)Until they decided they might dilute the shares, using convertible debentures. That killed the ride.
However, since then i cant find a single thing about the dilution anywhere on this company, except that they were going to retire the CD's on Mid May, which according to the latest talk, did. Probably true, since there has been no news of dilution at all.
Which brings us to the current situation. I have no specific fascination for the company, but the stock is a truly amazing ride. Looks like once the "no dilution anymore" signal was given, people started jumping back in. Knowing this stock, it will probably be well noticed, and I have no problems jumping in as early as possible considering strong chance it might goto 17. I certainly dont mind making some money this week.
Just my two cents.
It's all in the humblest of my opinions, and it's all about balancing your act, much like this:
