This whole name mixup between Dongmei and Doi Mai reminds me of the AT&T commercial about the guy meeting the chinese client, not knowing how to pronouce his name, and calling him, "Mr. Stinky Fish Face."

I wonder how big of a difference there is in, "Dongmei" and "Doi Mai?"

Anyone have any chinese friends who know cultural meanings?
