Pretty damning evidence againt Mr Groves and Mr. He, complete with witnesses for the plaintiffs. Also the Judge refused not once, not twice but three times the defence's request to get the case dismissed.

If they, Groves and He can keep delaying the trial maybe they feel they get Spooz to go under and get to keep their ill gotten booty for their own.

Groves must have thought the product was worth trying to steal as he approached Spooz with interest in their technology.
