How do you know it is undervalued? We do not know anything about the mine status and LEO stated in that article that he couldn't give the lots away. We do not know equity value in the land or anything...

It amazes me that some still think with all the question marks and lack of clarity that a r/s will be the catalyst to bring in swarms of investors.

R/S will be the ultimate signal that there really is nothing of value here..
