His lawyers are wrong to tell him not to disclose what he know or gets from his inquiry. Even if it is smoke blown up his butt by them!

And if any investor in a company receives privileged information from company exec's and plays that info....IE., selling or buying, it is considered illegal!

If he finds out any information, I would recommend telling everyone!
