I don't know anyone that would be too friendly if I owed them 3.7 million or 3.7 thousand, but I believe that the company owes Pete a fair amount and he would have an incentive to make the company solvent, in order to collect. He also has an incentive to be silent and vague about things, which he has done very well.
His silence and his inability to raise any capital have caused this stock to fall down a slippery slope for several years. It is now 2/100ths of a penny from being zero. Not exactly a buy signal. If you were able to buy a million shares at .0035 and it went to a penny, you would only make 6500.00 while risking 3500.00. Not exactly a good risk reward, with all things considered.
Your comments are certainly valid, but at this juncture, with no revenue and no serious news, I have little faith in a positive outcome. Pete may wave a magic wand at some point and everyone will berate me, but without proper PR's and explicit information instead of vague, forward looking statements like the UCE statement, I can only think negatively.
