India's CDMA "hockey-stick" growth rate

I wish Perry LaForge and the CDG would quit presenting this ridiculous number. While true, it's a statistical startup phenomenon .. that is clearly unsustainable. It just tempts someone to later ask why the growth rate fell from 745% in 2003 to a (guesstimated) 45% rate in 2004.
