I posted this on Yahoo and Noone had an explanation. I'll try here:

There does seem to be a discrepency between the 10K and the form 4's

The 10K listed Rice as owning 2.368 Million Shares as of 03/31/08 and the Form 4 shows 2.085 Million through the July 11.

Between 03/31/08 and 07/11/08 Rice obtained 155K through open market purchses and 1.5 Million acquired through a 3rd party.....

By my calculations Rice controls over 4 Million shares........Can anyone confirm my numbers or the discrepency?.............cmg

Did anyone else notice that?
