As I stated, sometimes facts can be left out intentionally to help a case look better. Because the case and facts were not contested by Pino and Pam, the facts of the document were not challenged in a court of law. Therefore are the facts, facts?

This issue is relevant to authorization and legality of issued shares on behalf of BCIT. Again, this leaves one to wonder where BCIT would be today if the proper paperwork would have been performed and proper oversight been performed. Will this change with Energy Source?
