I just sent the following to the SEC "Fast Answers" link. I will let you all know what I find out when they get back to me.

TO Whom It May Concern:

I have been invested in an OCB Stock for the past 3-4 years. They are listed under the symbol AENP (American Energy Production). When they began the company, they started it as a BDC. Some time ago, the SEC informed them that they had violated some of the terms of doing business as a BDC, prompting an in-depth review of the company by the SEC. It is my understanding (based on what this company has told me) that the SEC was reviewing many, if not all, BDC's for compliance to the regulating Act. After the review was completed, the company elected to dissolve the BDC and transition to a fully reporting company. That was several months ago, if not a year.

My question for you is as follows:

The company has been telling its shareholders that they have been advised by their lawyers not to issue any PR's (other than 10Q's, 10K's and 8K's) that pertain to the status of the company until the SEC issue is resolved. This has been their stance for at least the past year. I am wondering if you can inform me that this company is indeed waiting on your office for any information and/or review whatsoever that would lead their lawyers to recommend a silent period with respect to issuing PR's.

I ask this because this company initially appeared to be very promising in the oil and gas business. Over the past year to year and a half, with oil and gas prices at an all-time high, they have not issued a single PR on any accomplishments, or failures.

I understand that they are not required to to issue PR's, but they have been using your department as the reason as to why they have been silent. Can you offer some insight to me, as a shareholder in a publicly-traded company, as to whether the SEC is undergoing any review at all of the company? If so, what is the reason for the delay? They have informed the shareholders that this has been going on for over a year and I am growing suspicious that I have invested in a company that is not being honest with its shareholders.

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
