Here's Conoco's crude price bulletin for July (buyer of PV crude):

I'm not exactly sure what TIV is getting for the Zaca tar crude but I would imagine its close to ~$120-$125/barrel right now, since WTI August crude futures were about $130/barrel today (changes daily). I think you need to deduct about 15 cents (maybe more) for every deduction in API gravity (WTI is about 40 degrees and Zaca is about 7 degrees gravity).
