they have probably shut down trading so they can do their ridiculous 1:100 reverse split, and change the trading symbol. you'll find (if you have shares) that in a few days trading will resume (under a different symbol, at a higher price) but your broker will take a few days to catch up, and by then the price will have fallen 50 - 70%.
