Naked short naked short! The complaint against dufus is the fraud. The amount shares bought and sold is not the question here. Dufus had his chance and screwed that up. Now you want someone to do him right. From what I read for that period dufus did nothing, and then went to his own BBQ. If he showed up with a lawyer the first time then maybe things would be different.
