bottom line is the fundamentals suck for most banks,...blocking these 19 banks from being shorted is just a band-aid,...

the FINS will all have to come tumbling down since everyone knows what these toxic instruments are and the banks can no longer package them and pawn them off,...how many writeoffs and no profits and no growth can be sustained ?,...
