<font color = green> ADCS is not over. -Good things to come.
As the saying goes.. It aint over until it’s over.
Just because ADCS isn’t PR’ing in One’s OWN TIME FRAME doesn’t mean they’re not PR’ing in THEIR time frame.
When there’s NEW news to print, rest assured, they will.
DON’T lose sight of the current economic conditions we’re all facing!! –Even as you read this!!
People just don’t have the free cash (as before) at this time. –But they(we) will later on tho.. –Just not now for a vast many…
As It appears, folks are busy keeping up with the essentials at this time.
(Choosing between getting a manicure or buying “Groceries”)
When I was an inexperienced investor, I jumped is with a “Invest today and buy a Mercedes Tomorrow” Mentality. To some investors, when this is not met in a few days, they’d curse the stock and attempt to get even by bashing it enough to ensure no other investors place their buys in them. However in some cases, this actually works for the basher (in terms of getting even) while in other cases, it works against the basher (Contributes to how long the PPS remains too low to sell at a profit).

ADCS is a happening thing, the concept is “DOABLE” but one must also keep in mind the people behind it. –Yes that’s right “PEOPLE” who are also feeling the pinch of the current economic issues, (according to their income) just like YOU are.
**BUT** -TWO general points to mind.
(1)-Pros
The people behind ADCS/VSTARR are fine-tuning the operation(s) of ADCS/VSTARR as the Business it’s created to be and as a business, it’s ALSO their full time “JOB”.
Therefore, to avoid facing their OWN unemployment(s) further makes it imperative for this business to succeed = Profits = we reap the benefit of higher PPS as more and more people(Investors) get wind of this and Wants-IN.
(2)-Cons
The people behind ADCS/VSTARR are just “People” looking to make “themselves” money by any means necessary for their OWN personal satisfaction(s).
Thereby, the creation of ADCS/VSTARR is merely just another money tool “for them” to that end. Incidentally, all the monies they’re accumulated since selling shares happens to have been just enough to claim “JACKPOT” and so NOW they can retire. Who cares if investors are angry or not. Their lawyers will always win the battle with “that’s why it’s called PINK –Sheets” -unregulated –LOL!
-This is likely why the SEC is less likely involved with pinksheet scams.
However, ADCS is not a scam. They’re merely caught-up in the wave of an economy that went down. -But we're at a turning point and the economy is making a come-back and ADCS/VSTARR couldn't be in a better spot as more and more people starve for actions in the spot-light!! or at least, cheer those who are.
BUT!! –since ADCS/VSTARR are Spearheading a world-wide event, one can only imagine what will happen to their PPS–Heights as more and more developing countries gets “developed” and go “ONLINE”
To Call ADCS a scam is just a disgruntled investor, pissed off at their immediate losses.
However, "DD" says, The ship will soon set sail in OUR direction.
