IMO, you are seeing the buyback occurring as we speak. This is not a selloff, this is a buyback. The company has to buyback at the bid not the ask, and they do not move the bid up. When a bid is filled it gets moved down. I expect to see a PR very soon detailing how many shares have been bought back. This is another reason it moves easily up on low volume.
