I'm sorry if you or anyone else were scammed by PRGL. If you were scammed, I applaud your efforts exposing the scam.
I don't know much about PRGL so I don't know if investors were scammed or not but, if you were scammed (i.e. company knowingly made false statements), I believe the people responsible should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Likewise, if BLDV or any other company knowingly makes false statements, I believe the people responsible should be held accountable and prosecuted as well.
I don't think it's fair to assume all biofuel companies are scams just because one was a scam. I also don't think its fair to state that just because one pinksheet company was a scam, that all pinksheet companies are scams.
I have seen some of the "less than postive" BLDV posters state that it is impossible for a biofuel company to be successful. If that is truly what they believe, then why did they invest in PRGL in the first place?
Also, people should know that pinksheet stocks (BLDV included) are risky investments PRIOR to investing. If an investor does not know that pinksheet stocks are risky investments BEFORE they invest, they have not conducted adequate DD.
I am truly sorry if you or anyone else got scammed and lost money as a result. I don't wish you or anyone else ill will. I can also understand if you and others are upset about being scammed but what I don't understand is why that negativity is directed towards BLDV.
To make statements such as "BLDV is a scam" and "John Quincey Moaning is a liar" is not fair. You don't know that either of those statements are true. You may believe they are true but that does not make them true.
I don't know if BLDV will succeed or not but I honestly believe BLDV will be successful and the DD I have conducted supports mt belief.
