with 1 billion shares authorized, you can assume that the company is selling some shares, how many will only be known after it is too late, my guess is they sold some on the run up last week, but that is just a guess, guessing like everyone else in penny land, watch the chart and you will be better off, I am not in but I started watching after the spike last week
