fwiw,

On July 8th Idta updated the pink sheet website to reflect the OS#, AS# and the float# as of that date. It should be noted that if any share buy back had occurred prior to July 8th it would have reduced the OS#. When shares are repurchased to be put back in treasury(meaning they may be used in the future) it automatically reduces the OS# but the AS# stays the same. It would appear that nothing was repurchased prior to July 8th.
