BE - weird stuff
Maybe IM continues to monitor WH's email.
Maybe they have been so busy raking in money from investors,
they have not had time to change the email address over to IM's name. Maybe he is out until 8/4 soliciting funds from investors and WH is holding down the fort for IM.
Maybe WH is still cleaning out his desk for the next 6 months and has not left. I understood that WH would be there for another 6 months.
Oh, maybe IH is in Florida consulting with the patent consultant, who was a previous employee, who is now self employed. Maybe both of them are consulting with NEOM's attorney and they are completing NEOM's response to the non final denied 95 claims, which has to be completed in 60 days. Maybe that is the top priority and no one is concerned about issuing a PR in response to the EFF and PP's statements regarding the 95 claims.
It does seem a little unfair that the PTO took over 6 months just to type up the patent claim statements, type the facts, and type the same stated conclusion over and over 95 times covering 78 sheets of paper, AND NEOM's attorney and consultants only have 60 days to respond.
OK, NEOM's attorney, the CEO and consultants have probably been working on the claims for 6 months also. They probably were close to completing their position on the claims, before, the PTO agent submitted the non-final 95 claim position. They could reasonably do this, because they are familiar with these procedures.
