That's the impression I got, as well. That would make Pilgrim's share effectively 36.04% if my optimism is not leading me astray!

There's also the forfeiture of the 30 mil shares which seems to be in exchange for all the remnants of the old company that the resigning board members want to take with them, i.e. the "implantable lens" stuff. Then, our newly structured oil company will apparently retire those 30 mil shares. I don't know if this is already reflected in the tables.

There seems to be some redundancy in those percentage ownership tables because the numbers add up to more than 100%. I need to look at it some more, but I must step out of the house for now.
