Simple kanina. The company is buying back billions of shares, (probably from the largest insider shareholders), at 0.0001 and retiring them, which reduces the OS, and subsequently increases the value per share.
The pps cannot go above 1 for very long until the buy-back is complete. The next obstacle will be breaking through the 100% flippers at 2.
