Now that I think of it, weo, was the auditing firm that performed the '07 audit which is done and a part of the IPO prospectus, ever made known to us?

Can't recall. Anyone know?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
