J Ledbetter was very specific at the SHM that the blocks did not have a large pool (such as APKO sp?) but many small pools (small being hundreds of millions, not billion barrel) that were disconnected and thus would prove to be technically challenging. He said it was going to be hard to connect all targets due to the very rough geography of the bottom but he was going to try and join a couple. There has also been statements made about the "deep" targets potential being "scary" by J Schrull and I don't know what targets these are referring to as you would expect them to be Billion+ barrels to warrant that kind of a remark.
