Agreed on that SongB; wish we had more at this point.

Another "oddity", imo, is that this new "structure" was not revealed at the shareholder meeting little more than 1 month ago. Surely they knew about this? Or maybe not?

Either way, there is clearly a lot going on behind the scenes that leave us to speculate.

One of my greatest fears is that they offer Spooz Technology and Spooz Europe as separate stock offerings to continue raising capital without directly diluting us here. I think we'd all see right through that, IMO.

Nooz on revenooz, though, would go a LONG way to increase investor confidence here. Even the strongest of longs are getting a bit nervous, IMO.
