Each trading system needs to be disclosed to and approved by the NFA before a company can begin trading using client money with a particular system.

I do not expect any significant delay. IMO, 141 has already submitted their disclosure documents to the NFA for approval and I am expecting 141 to PR NFA approval of at least one disclosure document before the month is over.
