This is interesting (from last PR):

"...by making Spooz Technologies Inc. the central depository, research and distribution center for all our SpoozToolz(TM) technology in North America, we'll be able to better focus our marketing efforts for the benefit of our Company and our shareholders,"

This quote from Paul is laced with implications. I don't quite get it, but they are clearly making a distinction between their technology efforts and their marketing efforts...and noting that it will be of benefit to the shareholders. How?
