Lucky, every question you asked of is highly unliely to happen. Stop for a second and just take a look at this from an outside perspective.

This is a penny stock that has promised big revenues and failed to deliver thus far not to mention the RAPID dilution. If you just heard of this stock today, would it still look as good as it did last year or even 6 months ago?
