Hmmm...this is interesting. Very interesting. Not sure how a reverse merger would work here. I do think the share structure would change if they went that route. And UFC has more than enough $$ to list from scratch without needing a reverse merger buddy. But the synergies between UFC and IFC are great, so maybe they could reverse merge and uplist right away. Hard to tell. My understanding is that it is much cheaper and faster to reverse merge into a nice shell like IFC than to start from scratch with a new listing. And, in this case, the public shell just happens to have some nice relevant assets. It could be a real win/win to do a reverse merger here IMO. Impossible to tell how existing shareholders of IFC would fare though. That's the big question. But in any event a run up on speculation is sweet. Going to keep an eye on this one for sure.
