I like your enthusiasm, but the majority of the shareholders on July 4th happen to be the CD holders - they will vote it yes because they have to do so to convert the remaining CDs.

Now, if there is a restructure of the CDs, etc between now and then, it may not have to happen.

I hate to repeat this again, but this proxy filing is REQUIRED per the CD agreement when the AS (which is 250MM) is maxed out. Please understand this.
