And Overacheiver .... you seem to be very selective in your reading ...... Shortcode US was headed by a gentleman Kim Hackett. Pulled a bio on him and it appears he has been in the auto industry for 30 years and was an exec at AutoNation or something like that ..... don't mean to burst your bubble and I am as upset as you about this price .... but let's please stick to the facts
I also pulled your same search and there is no Dion name in that corp in Florida.
Could you please post where you got this information from ..... I am very curious as to how the two are related.
