Flo, #2 correct...now no RS

Flo's Prognostication #5 dated April 7th, 2008

1. NO reverse split
2. Partnership with milestone payments totaling $250M+
3. Priority FDA Review Granted
4. Stock at 3+

I know the GTC board is considering the positives and negatives of a reverse split. Many on this board are against a RS, including myself. I expect just the announcement of no RS will boost PPS significantly. Management has all the cards and they care about our concerns. Suffice it to say, GTCB Shareholders are hurting.

Message to management from shareholders... Pls do ALL you can to move PPS up w/o a reverse split.

Flo... you said management & GTC board reads IHub.

RS should be an action of last resort.
