What I can't undertand is why are you people getting so worked up. NIR is investing in thse companies and filing with the SEC. Nothing is hidden so what is all you peoples problem. This is obviously business not a scam. If a company needs cash they will have to give a good deal to get that cash. Especially in today's environment where banks are not lending to easily. In fact a number of big banks recently had to offer such deals themselves in order to raise money to cover their writedowns. Would you rather these companies go bankrupt with no one willing to lend them money.
