The facts are ,the 'Bitters Brothers' are employed by the Shareholders; they by law, have to report activities of the Company. This is not a 'Piss--g contest! Its about each shareholder's financial investment! The non- transparency of the daily and contractual obligations of AENP will come back to haunt the the shareholders unless the Bitters Brothers are ousted at the next annual meeting. Every person holding shares of this company has a right to be provided with accurate information pertaining to this company; there is no argument to honest disclosure. Any one involved with this company will have to decide ; do I lose my investment or do I want a new Board of Directors with professional qualifications?
