OT: Help appreciated. I have a friend whose family moved to the U.S. from England in 1980 when he was 10. His Dad had a 5 year Visa to my knowledge. (I could be off a touch). The family did not renew it and did not go back. My friend went to college here, and works here although in restaurants and off the books. How can I get him legal to be here? Green card, citizenship, Visa, etc. and whatever flies. I am not knowledgable in these regards. But, I figure coming over as a minor 25 years ago, they will not deport him. It may cause his Dad a problem, but he personally wants to be legit. TIA
