I mostly lurk...run down their comments and references. These people on the boards seeem to have sources I will never have. When I buy a new computer, about every 1 1/2 to 2 years, I just start all over. I don't know how to transfer info to floppies or whatever.

I copy some e-mail addresses to my notebook, a few passwords and sell the computer. Then I call DELL and order another.

I save a few print outs and a year later, in review, trash 98% of them.

Damn, what am I doing in the stock market?
