Nuts for eating are not grown in the wild and they are sold at a far, far higher price than fuel. Locals may collect the Cahune nuts to burn at home, but that does not mean it scales. In fact it says it does not scale, because if it did would they not have power plants fueled by these hand gathered nuts wouldn't they?
