OK Vines, I went back and read the posts from that date.
So this is not new information, but the EFF's PR about this will just help give the negative determination of the re-examiner broader dissemination.

I now want NEOM (not a poster) to immediately and publicly state on the record that NEOM strongly disagrees with the reexaminer's decision and that NEOM intends to, and will, file and zealously pursue an appeal.
