Competitive Games International Acquires 50% Interest in Canadian Software Firm

PANAMA CITY, PANAMA, Jul 08, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Competitive Games International, Inc (PINKSHEETS: CGMI), an innovative and interactive media company, today announced that the Company has acquired a 50 percent interest in Canadian software development firm, Anasynthis Software Systems.
As a software development firm, Anasynthis has expertise in several areas including: mobile technology, game development, application design, systems analysis and payment processing. For the three year period ending in 2006, Anasynthis averaged annual gross revenues of approximately $2.4 Million CDN.

The acquisition will allow Competitive Games International to further enhance its development programs in both the Skill Games and Social Networking segments. To facilitate this process, Anasynthis will now create a division specifically geared to the execution of Competitive Games International's social networking capabilities. This will result in Competitive Games developing more applications for networking giants such as Facebook, Bebo, and Friendster in order to provide games opportunities to a much larger audience.
