lol-you are right there are bids at 0.016 but there are also is a bid at 0.11 from the market makers i will not lie these are facts and as well look at the chart it shows a last bid at 0.011 and thats fact on level II.
-it does not mean the stock will drop to 0.011 this is only a bid.
-but in my opinion there could be good things happening when you start to the stock getting movement like this.
