Here's over 70 reviews from the 2 restaurants. Its a mixed bag. Some liking the appetizers over the entrees. Some complaining about the limited menu items. Many loving the drinks. Some liking the vibe/experience/games.

It seems you start with 1 restaurant out there. Then wait and get some feedback. Make some adjustments to the next restaurant, and keep getting better and better, til u have it right.

Management should read them all over, and make some tweaks if possible.
