The Registrant’s former ticker symbol was “LAUD.OB”. With the assignment of the new symbol, the Registrant will now cease to carry on business under its former name, LAUD Resources Inc., and will carry on business exclusively under the name MASS Petroleum Inc. The Registrant adopted the name MASS Petroleum Inc. on June 23, 2008, as disclosed in its report on Form 8-K filed June 24, 2008.
