That is from HGLC pr. I am serious! That part is getting over looked. As far as I am concerned it means that the Original shares in HGLC are the divis. They are the free trading shares, except we don't have them! Or the shares being traded are, what ??? Your guess is as good as mine. If you have time to look up, there is something back at the time of the PRTH 3000/1 rs time frame that may be confirmation that the shares in HGLC are the spin offs. If not "take out" the lock smith and I will go away, well not very far.....
